Victoria Employment Charter

The Victoria Employment Charter has established a dedicated Employment Services Team for your local recruitment needs. The service is provided FREE to all retailers, hoteliers and the construction industry in and around SW1 and builds upon the Victoria Employment Charter which was launched by the Victoria BID in November 2010 in response to your business needs.

The Employment Services Team streamline the recruitment process for you and help you find local skilled and talented staff. They can identify candidates from a range of sources, screen and test them as well as interviewing them; so that when a final selection of applicants is sent to you for interview, they will be right for you and your business.

The Employment Services Team are already working with a range of employers in SW1, including Guoman Thistle Hotels, Rubens Hotel, The Royal Household, Alendale Group of Companies, Boots Plc, Marks and Spencer and The Welcome People.
