Walking Tours 2012
Think you know Victoria, Pimlico, Belgravia and their landmarks? Think again! A summer in Victoria wouldn’t be complete without the ever-popular Victoria BID Walking Tours. See the most famous and iconic attractions in the capital – and hear the weird and wonderful facts and stories behind them.
We will once again be celebrating Victoria’s open spaces as we see the return of Open Garden Squares Weekend in June and Open House Weekend in September. More so, you can also look forward to seeing the quirkier side of London as our newly designed walks devised by event specialists Cellar Door, introduce you to the original bad-boy of the art world and other surprising residents of this thoroughly under-explored neighbourhood.
From the plague pits hidden in plain site, to the political movements brewing on the doors of the Cathedral, to the Dames of the stage in naughty knickers, and the newest Royal's pre-wedding jitters, Victoria has it all!
For the shutterbugs amongst you, get ready to take in the sights of Victoria through the lens of your camera; and if you need any hints and tips then make sure you sign up for our specially tailored walk with our friends at Frui Photography.
