Grosvenor
Grosvenor manage property assets worth £11 billion, with a rich history originating in the central London landholding of the Grosvenor family. Grosvenor's history began with the marriage of Mary Davies and Sir Thomas Grosvenor in 1677. Mary had inherited 500 acres of land north of the Thames to the west of the City of London. Sir Thomas was the descendant of a family which traces its roots back to William the Conqueror.
Mary Davies' landholding remained largely untouched by the Grosvenors until the 1720s, when they developed the northern part - now known as Mayfair around Grosvenor Square. A few generations later, in the 1820s, their focus moved south - to what is now Belgravia - developing Eaton Square, Chester Square and other famous addresses. Later in the 19th century, the area of Pimlico was developed; this property was sold in 1953. The Grosvenor family progressively incorporated the London properties in the 20th century and the London Estate is now managed within Grosvenor Britain & Ireland.
Family values still guide the way Grosvenor conduct their business today with continued emphasis on partnership Grosvenor is a group of privately-owned international property development, investment and fund management businesses with a large presence in Victoria and the surrounding area.

Westminster Cathedral
Westminster Cathedral is located in Victoria Street, overlooking the cathedral piazza opening up the view to an extraordinary facade of towers, balconies and domes.
The architecture of Westminster Cathedral certainly sets it apart from other London landmarks, owing more to the Byzantine style of the eastern Roman Empire than the familiar Gothic of our native cathedrals.
Its uniqueness is, however, not merely in its external form. This spiritual atmosphere, shaped through the silence as well as through the music of its celebrated choir, is the chief glory of the Cathedral, and the most extraordinary treasure to be discovered by visitors.
